A man is accused of charges after allegedly starting a fire outside a Trump store in southern Arizona. Surveillance video shows a white pickup truck pulling into the parking lot of the Tombstone store. A man is then seen getting out of the truck, throwing items on the ground and setting them on fire before speeding away. Investigators were eventually able to locate and identify the suspect, who reportedly told authorities that the fire were "shrines" intended to bring rain to the area. Authorities also say the man was already facing weapons charges and had tried to start a fire on the same day at a local church.
