2023 iowa sectional. Well, it was fun. It’s always fun to blast away at targets and hang with rad people. Until the next one. 23 out of 87 in carry optics and 54 out of 210 overall. 🍻
Pro am. Fixed times on every stage and all steal. Well my gun decided to act up. Probably cause it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Which frustrated me into taking all the penalties and finishing the stages and still had fun
Day 2 at area 3 was okay. Finished 26th out of 111 shooters in carry optics. If I didn’t try some weird shit that cost me points and some mikes. Might of done better. Oh well.
Day 1 down at area 3. Haven’t shot much this year and last match I shot was in June. Felt good. But obviously. Always can be better

Good times we’re had today out in South Dakota at the @greatplainssection match. Also, some real shit stages. Placed 19th out of 74 in carry optics. I did absolutely crush it on one stage and took 1st overall on that stage in carry optics and 3rd over all. Pretty stoked about that one. 🎉🎉
Another fun, sporty stage from last Sunday. Thought I could be slick and not reload on a 24 round stage. Mag with 23 and one in the chamber. Yeah well the mag only had 22. So of course end up having to reload on the last shot 🤦🏽
Turned out to be a solid day of shooting after the brisk morning wasn’t so brisk. 33 - A, 3 - C. 24:10. Feels good getting back into this season and ready for more.
This little lady finally shot her first match! After a long time of trying to get her to try it. Now to convince her to continue! She had a blast but doesn’t wanna admit it. ❤️
