A seasonal, wild-crafted toner made from organic, hand-gathered flowers and botanicals foraged from the Somerset woods, hedgerows and fields during April and May. We meticulously transform the various flowers into a range of botanical extracts, ferments and lysates which we use to make a moisturising, conditioning, healing, revivifying toner which is Organic, 100% natural and Vegan. Contains no alcohol or Witch Hazel.
We get a lot of love for our beautiful glass bottles but not everyone wants glass in the shower, so our shower products are also available in recyclable 500ml and 250ml PET bottles.
Leaf, Twig & Zest was the first body wash we made. A beautiful bright, clean, floral mix of three types of Orange, with leafy Egyptian Geranium and a rosy, round, balsamic Bourbon Geranium. This is a very popular scent especially with children. Leaf, Twig & Zest is also available as a Room Spray - perfect for bathrooms and children’s bedrooms.
On the right is our Root, Leaf & Zest body wash in a small bathroom/travel size. This is our best-selling fragrance - a vibrant, woody, citrus fragrance with a heart of Javanese Vetivert.
Frome’s been dry and cold, and it’s still cold. Two brief warm spells in April got the flowers going only for the returning cold to stall them. The Apples made a few, weak-looking flowers or are covered in half-formed flowers that look like they’ve given up.
Elders (which most years have flowered by now) still curled up with green bunches of proto-blossom, waiting for some heat. The Hawthorn has been middling through while the Cherry was bountiful (one of the early blossoms it can cope with the cold).
The Apple trees may try a second flush if the sun ever reaches Frome for longer than a day or two, so fingers crossed for a warm May because if the blossoms are poor then so will be the fruit in Autumn.

We use antioxidants to prevent ageing and cell damage. Sites where oxidation causes damage include the cell cytoplasm, the mitochondria, the cell membrane, intercellular processes, molecular bonds, and DNA processes. Pretty much anywhere biological processes occur is susceptible to unwanted oxygen reactions.
Antioxidants are specific - working in specific places and helping alleviate specific forms of oxidative stress. This is why the best antioxidant regime is one that includes a broad range of biologically diverse and wide-acting antioxidants. Dosing up on a couple of them (commonly it is C + E) is not a very good plan.
