Caregivers Group alert! Foundry Virtual BC's Art Exploration group is back for the spring! This group will use art to experience mindfulness, self-care, community, and focus on exploring our values and personal identity.

To increase support for youth and caregivers impacted by the Tumbler Ridge tragedy, Foundry Virtual BC will offer Queer Cafe and Caregivers Support Group weekly for the remainder of March & April.
These groups are open to any young person or caregiver living in BC who is looking for a safe space to connect and process with others.
