NCDC is back to celebrate another Hispanic Heritage Business. Visit Decoraciones Charito in the heart of Norwich! With over a decade of experience, they specialize in hemming pants, altering dresses, crafting custom sofa covers, designing made-to-measure curtains, replacing zippers, and tailoring blazers to perfection. Brigida "Charito" Mesahuanca, a Peruvian entrepreneur and talented singer who performed at the Peruvian Festival, opened her shop earlier this year. NCDC is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Businesses! Today we celebrate Encanto Scoop @ The Docks. Previously Mi Encanto Food Truck, they have established a physical location right at Howard T. Brown Park. Now, in addition to their usualy menu, they serve delicious ice cream in unique bubble waffle cones. Even though the weather is getting cold we still recommend that you take the trip out to try their sweet selection. You can also follow them at @encantoscoop_at_the_dock

NCDC is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by highlighting our local Hispanic Heritage Businesses in Norwich, CT. Ta' Deliciozo, a food truck operated by Anibal Cintron and Jannette Velez, serves up delicious smoothies, Acai bowls and tropical juices. This food truck launched in 2023 and has been quenching thirst in nutritious ways ever since. Earlier this year they became finalists for "CT Best of" in the food truck category. Anibal and Jannette have been active and impactful members of the Norwich community for years from volunteering at events to leading events.
