We know you’re excited for our LAST spring 🌸 workshop of 2026‼️ Introducing our wonderful choreographers teaching their FINAL🥲 workshop here at UCLA …. 🥁🥁MAX FUKUHARA, MICHAEL CO, and ANTONIO RIVERA🕺 🤩 Max started dancing via FC in his freshman fall quarter on 🏀 BB 🅱️ then moved into competitive scene 🏆 as a member of 💙 Samahang Modern 🪩. He also served as Multimedia Producer 🎞️ on LSHIP, and competed at IDL Community Division 🎖️. This year 🍁, he was a member of Outer Class Oasis🪐 🥶 Michael previously competed with 🕺 Samahang Modern 🎆 and directed 🎬 Masa, the open style dance suite within Samahang Pilipino Culture Night 💫. He was also a member of Outer Class Oasis🏝️ ! 🤫Antonio started dancing his junior year and was the 💃captain🕺 of his dance team in highschool. At UCLA, he was a member of 💚Samahang Modern🍀 and served as Multimedia Producer 📸. He also previously directed Masa, Samahang Pilipino Culture Night’s open style dance suite✨ The trio directed their very own FC team, 👾UNCTION 👴 last quarter and are here to teach together for the LAST time so make sure 🫵 to PULL UP to LOT 7 P1 this SUNDAY, May 17rd, from 6-8 PM! Are you ready for our 1️⃣FIRST workshop of 🌷SPRING🪻 Introducing our AMAZING choreographers… 🥁🥁🥁 MIHO OGURA, TYLER NG, & ANGELA WU 🕺🕺🕺‼️ What will they be teaching & focusing on⁉️⁉️ 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 “We will be teaching a piece that helps to advance textures⚡️ which is something Samahang Modern, the team that [we] are on, puts a major emphasis on. There will be a focus on using texture changes❕ and learning how to sit🪑 in the choreo/sound but also being dynamic and fast🏃. The style will most likely be a hiphop piece that is fun and enjoyable🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️ but also have a lot to take from🧑‍🎓.” Miho Ogura is currently Samahang Modern’s finance chair 💰🤑 and has been on the team SINCE 2023, and was on U-keys Competitive dance team from 2017-2023.  Tyler Ng ⭐️STARTED OUT WITH FC⭐️, went on to be part of VSU & Samahang Modern, and is currently Samahang Modern’s Media Assistant.🎞️📸 Angela Wu is currently Samahang Modern’s dance CAPTAIN! 👩‍✈️💃 Get excited ‼️‼️ and come to LOT 4 P1 on SUNDAY April 19th, 6-8PM for a fun, textured time 🤩 Design: @allie_kim_

No better way to do it than with Foundations Choreography! 👯 Come to DAY 2️⃣ of our 🌷SPRING AUDITIONS🌷 to learn from our jaw-dropping 😲 choreographers…. 💫 KAYEON AND KALISSA 💫 Kayeon competed 🏆 with VSU Modern, choreographed 🕺 for PROJECTED, been in SEOULA covers, and led her own project team! 😮 This year, she’s performing at KCN 🇰🇷 as a part of KCN Modern! 🌟🙌 Kalissa danced ballet 🩰, tap 👏, and jazz 🎶 for 13 years 🙀 and she’s currently a member of Projected and KCN Modern!!
