Introducing Subi Blooms!🌺
To celebrate the season, we brewed something a little different.
Subi Blooms is a crisp, tart Champagne Sour built on a super dry base, layered with hibiscus, rose and elderflower for a subtle floral lift. That ruby red colour? Comes from an elderflower syrup made in-house by the legendary Gav. Light, refreshing and just interesting enough to make you order a second before you’ve finished the first.
It feels right at home after a wander through the streets of Subi, in the yard with mates, or alongside something from the kitchen if you’re settling in for a while.
Here for a good time, not a long one.

As the weather finally turns, it's time to reintroduce one of our winter favourites...
Dark! Built for cooler days and longer nights, it's a nitro dark layered with roasted malts, soft chocolate and a gentle bitterness, pouring silky and smooth with that creamy, cascading head.
It’s rich, but easy. Comforting, but still crisp enough to keep things moving.
