A couple days ago, we traveled to Nusa Lembongan by speedboat to photograph the wedding of Kate & Matt. Through this post, we’d love to share that we also captured their moments using analogue film. I discovered a quiet cliffside spot by the beach in the western part of Bali for Ari & Diah’s prewedding photoshoot, where they wore their casual denim outfits. It wasn’t easy for my team and me to find a such a place in Bali anymore, as many of these hidden places have already been turned into villas or other developments. . This session was also photographed on film. In the middle of such fast paced technological advancement, shooting on film is our way of slowing down the pace and appreciating every single frame during a photoshoot. Beyond the nostalgic feeling it brings, film photography also gives a unique character to each shot something that simply feels different every time the shutter clicks. .
