Group Coaching
In this group, we explored friendship, both online and offline and how the quality of friendships matters more than the number of friends.
Friendship is like a tree: • Leaves: friends who come and go, bringing colour and change. • Roots: friends who stay, grounding us when life feels unsteady.
We also reflected on online friendships and the importance of being mindful, safe, and genuine. Most importantly, growth starts when we learn to be our own friend, giving ourselves the care and love we deserve.

The Inspiration Behind Ripple Effect
I wrote Ripple Effect after witnessing the devastation of knife crime and supporting those left behind. I saw how one violent act doesn’t harm just one person-it ripples outward, tearing families apart, shaking communities, and changing lives forever.
One moment. One choice.
And the result can be lasting silence, grief, and echoes that never fade.
