@uglyfernandez . I was super excited when they first told me about their idea. As a kid, my mom would make a scallion pancake wrap for me to have for lunch or as a mid-afternoon snack. Forsyth’s burrito combines Chinese, Thai, and Dominican flavors. Their scallion pancakes are made from scratch and the burrito includes guacamole, fried queso blanco, and pernil. You can even top if with
@elmersbodegasauce (a delicious hot sauce) and their homemade lemongrass chili crisp oil.
Forsyth Fire Escape has come a long way and been recognized by various media outlets and major publications. That being said, they are 100% the definition of a homegrown small business. Please go and support them!
