so couple days ago was new bike day. Aero frame number 4 and really happy that there is a solid selection of aero bikes back in the market. This one goes into one of my favorite bikes I’ve ever owned already after the first 300km. Super stable descending, fun and playful in corners, super stiff in the BB, but not brittle to ride and probably the most comfy bike I’ve ever owned. And as an aero bike it feels home at 48+ km/h. 8years ago I wished a design would come. Half TT bike, half road bike. Well done Ridley! Cannot wait to clock some km on this one and get some race km into it. Thx for @studiostrada_cc for the build and @ridley_bikes for the custom paint job. Unofficially the @2060racing race bike for 2026+ @ridley_bikes Noah Fast 3.0 Large frame with 55/115 handlebar on @envecomposites 6.7 wheels, 28/30mm @pirelli_cycling RS tires with a @sramroad red group set on a 54/41 chainring setup. Comes in with @framesandgear mount and @timepedals at 7.9kg

collect your trash at races ladies and gents. Nature don’t care if you win or become last. Maurten 360 drink mix is the perfect gel wrapper trash bag I found out at Utopia. And as Traka is coming up and some will eat 15-30 gels, think about where to put that trash. #trashtalk

a week ago I started @utopiagravel but didn’t finish it. Sometimes some things don’t work out. For being my winter goal to keep training this was half assed racing. Legs weren’t there, 3 weeks before been family and work madness and so on. But honestly don’t care. It was an amazing trip and great race. Spent 140km on awesome groads and having 20km more in the books and a finisher metal don’t matter. The event and route is spectacular and would like to ride that again. Wouldn’t say that about any other gravel race so far. If I come back, definitely have to look into my gearing. This time found my boy stranded with cramp legs 2/3 into the race and we called it a day. Sometimes finishing ain’t important and the way is all the experience you need. Now looking forward to shorter races.

Start and finish recon of @utopiagravel yesterday. Carb loaded and ready to go for having a good day out. Hope it stays dry this time around and the desert is called like that for a reason. Me and Spanish gravel races been a wet encounter so far. Bikes ready, let’s go. #bikeporn

arrived in Baza for @utopiagravel which was my winter motivation event chosen in November (thx @nils.crrvn for the influence). So here it is. Time to recap the last 3 month. sometimes you gotta look back to realize where you at. Couple years ago I said I wanted to find balance in life. And looking back it seams I’ve achieved my goal, which is a hard thing to say in crazy times. Life ain’t easy always, but balancing dad life with sport, health, work and the daily grind well these days. So soaking up that mood, the warmer days and having winter in the back mirror. Ready for summer. On Slide 13 you’ll find my project which will carry me through my next fall/winter. Will try to post more, but balance ain’t easy to achieve while hanging on SM, especially while work is ramping up and exciting project are ahead.

Coming out of winter hibernation mode and Girona delivered as usual as you can see on slide 4. That town and groads will ever be linked to 2 incredible hard days on the bike. Traka24&25 will never be forgotten and racing on those groads brought many memories of grueling pain back. Stage one took me mentally and mechanically out for an dnf, which seams to be the norm for me as a season opener. Stage 2 was pure fun and good racing punter with some age groupers. Gym over winter definitely paid off, as my weight on climbs show, but than producing good power numbers in my age makes me happy. Staying healthy and crushing it on the bike after so many years means a world to me these days. Meeting up with old friends and meeting new ones and hanging with the PAS family was as special as always. Special shout outs to @jannikcht for all the organization and @karloskarolsen for keep ripping. He stays a true inspiration on so many levels. Thx @anneapfelbeck for the laughs, catching up with @jeremyhooper and @ivanovamasha and 🙌 all the new peeps I meet @jenniferkivinen @ruben_apers @bonezless @natalieuljas . 2026 is a start for me.
