Let’s talk about Saturday… Wow the @larmertree pavilion looked incredible, from the detailed tablecloths, touch of pink in the napkins and candles and just look at those flowers! What a team we had to make it all come together, our very own Sharon & Millie who laid the linen, cutlery, crockery & glassware and the amazing styling and tablescaping from @nyarueevents @linenandlaceevents @arcadeflowers @just4linen @thewhitechaircompany On the menu was a succulent chicken thigh starter, a tandoori lamb dish for main course and a berry bliss cheesecake for dessert and it all went down a storm! @larmertree we love you, what a beautiful day it was! 🩷🍽️

Meet Nick 👋 After 45 years working within the hospitality industry, Nick has stepped back from the day to day running of Forkingout. Not that this means he won’t still be an active member of the team! Having founded the business in 2002, he will continue to work behind the scenes on an advisory basis, ensuring the values and ethos on which Forkingout was founded continue; producing quality food made from local ingredients created by trained full time chefs and served by a smiling team. In his new spare time, Nick is looking forward to spending more time cooking for fun and following his pottery hobby! 👨‍🍳🍓🏺

Meet Mike 👋 Mike joined the business in 2004 and has been at the helm as Director since 2007. A true food lover with a keen eye for detail, he is passionate about ensuring every element is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly delivered. A real people person, Mike thrives on building relationships with clients, suppliers and staff. His approachable nature and hands-on leadership style help create the seamless, personal experience that Forkingout is known for. Meet Warren 👋 Warren has grown up honing his exceptional skills with Forkingout. He joined the team in 2006. Another total foodie he did all his training in-house becoming an excellent all round chef and an integral part of the team. Meet Laura 👋 Laura is our dedicated events manager. She has been part of our team since 2011. If you ever pop into our office, or you are at one of our events, Laura is the friendly face you are almost certain to meet. She also leads the front of house team at events, ensuring every day runs smoothly, courtesy of her experience, professional approach and ‘can do’ attitude.
