I promise the Forestbound Shop will be just as magical as Keepsake… maybe even more so. Exact shop hours tbd but plan to come visit us any weekend this spring and summer!! Make a trip out of it - I’ll tell you all the best spots to stop at when you’re here on the North Shore and help you fill your car with vintage finds from our shop ❤️

One of the best parts of having a brick and mortar shop is that I can find really special vintage things and bring them straight from an old barn or farmhouse into the shop. Look at this incredible terracotta fish table! Never seen anything like it before. Would make the perfect statement piece in a home garden or seaside cottage. *SOLD* Come visit us Thursday - Sunday!

With the heaviest heart… rest in peace, Finn. Finny was the most charming shop dog, Maisey’s best friend, and just the sweetest boy ever. If you’ve met Finn while here at the shop he probably stole your heart. Thank you, Mo and Caleb for rescuing Finn and bringing him into our lives. I’ll miss him forever 💔

I’ve never really shared a full tour of our cabin, usually just post snippets here and there, but now you can really get a good look into the place we love so much. Our Cabin Chronicles segment from @magnolianetwork is a few years old at this point but has been behind a paywall til now! So I finally feel like I can share it more easily with you all. This cabin is my favorite place on earth and I’m excited to share more of it with you here :) Watch the full episode here in this post.

Meals made in our off grid cabin kitchen are just so much more satisfying. I love how the cabin challenges us to be resourceful and creative. My most memorable meals have all been here… homemade pasta with chanterelles we foraged in the woods, garden tomatoes onion and garlic cooked down slowly into sauce over the open fire, cheese boards we bring out into the canoe to savor while the sun sets. No running water and no electricity… absolutely no problem. I’ve found that getting a bit uncomfortable can actually yield the best and most gratifying results.
