@forepaughs is still St Paul’s number one destination dining spot in my mind due to its timeless elegance and chef driven menu. The Victorian mansion turned restaurant has a rich history although portions of it not so savory. That said, it’s for sure haunted, a nuance that the current owners and staff are embracing rather than hiding. You’re welcomed and encouraged to wander about before or after your meal. Some rooms may feel heavier than others. The menu is elevated with a very chef driven menu including some dishes that have remained from the original menu, daily fresh made pastas, and my number 1 twin cities burger. Top notch service and hospitality round out your experience.
