As a social worker practicing as a therapist maintaining my@mental health on my yoga mat is extremely crucial. I don’t just preach to my clients about routine and self care i embody it.
MS SHABAZZ DOES GET ANGRY. Sometimes it’s not about just coping it’s about using Self awareness to choose the right coping skill.
1. Audio Journaling is useful but not useful five minutes before session. You escalate first and then come down.
2. Sticking to routine is helping in being stable and having some to redirect yourself too. Having a routine allows a foundation to set boundaries.
