Nicholas brings an energetic, design-forward perspective to our team. He is hardworking, organised and full of fresh ideas.
During his secondary studies, Nicholas focused intensely on practical and creative subjects, studying Graphics, Design and Technology and Industrial Technology Timber. This combination provided him with a strong foundation in both technical drawing and material execution. His talent was formally recognised when his HSC major work was nominated for SHAPE showcase.
Nicholas is studying a Bachelor of Interior Architecture at UNSW. Being part of Force Joinery gives him excellent exposure to the design world from inception to completion.
As the Founder and Director of Force Joinery, Elesther (Elest) leads the company with over 25 years experience in high end custom joinery. His tenure in the industry is defined by his dedication to quality and his commitment to ensuring every piece of work, from initial concept to final installation, reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Elest focuses on meticulous attention to detail and a highly professional approach to project management. He believes that outstanding results begin with excellent communication. This involves expertly guiding clients through the joinery process to create lasting, functional and beautiful spaces.
Elest actively works with a network of industry partners, frequently collaborating with architects, designers, builders and suppliers. He is known for his easy going nature and willingness to lend a hand.
