Ook dit jaar sluiten we het MOB-seizoen weer af met een indoor/outdoor festijn vol punk, garage, rock'n'roll en roots! De deuren gaan al om 6 uur open en er wordt weer voor een heerlijke veggie bbq gezorgd! We beginnen buiten in het zonnetje en naar mate het donkerder wordt en de gitaren harder gaan scheuren zullen er ook binnen bands spelen! En wat voor bands! FORBIDDEN WIZARDS is hét Nederlandse antwoord op Dead Kennedys, maar dan met hedendaagse urgentie en blootgesteld aan nog meer hedendaagse vervreemding. Pure muzikale chaos en een immens rauwe live show! SEAN K PRESTON is een Amerikaanse roots singer songwriter met zijn roots in de punkscene. Hij reist al jaren de wereld rond om zijn songs te delen met iedereen die wel of niet luisteren wil. Deze show zal hij ondersteund worden door onze eigen Joar de Baat op drums! STEPMOTHER uit Australië spelen rauwe protopunk met hier een daar vette lik uit de psychedelische pan! Het feit dat de band gefront wordt door de gitarist van Annihilation Time geeft wel een beetje een idee wat voor smerige bende je mag verwachten! DAN GERMAN mag voor geen enkele Haarlemmer meer een onbekende zijn! Hij mixt country, americana, roots, depressiviteit en humor samen tot een gitzwarte cocktail die geserveerd wordt in een net niet goed schoon gemaakt glas. Ook Dan wordt vandaag begeleid door het strakke trommelwerk van Joar! SGEURVRETERS is Haarlems oudste (en hoogstwaarschijnlijk ook enige) garage-punk-blues-band met Sjef Huurdeman er in! EN DAT ZEGT WAT! Al decennia spelen zij heerlijke vuige songs waarbij de mondharmonica van Sjef je emotioneel alle hoeken van de kamer laat zien! Tussen de bands door zullen er de beste rock'n'roll platen gedraaid worden door het Italiaanse DJ duo The Professional Againsters en natuurlijk de MOB huis-dj Crazy Crude Sjef! Dus kom vooral naar het Slachthuis en vier met ons het begin van de zomer!
