When Forage Kitchens’ founder Henry Aschauer wanted to source local, organic produce, Flynn Creek Farm found its spark. 🌱
That early commitment gave our family the courage to purchase our first 272 acres in 2022—and over the past four years, we’ve grown side by side. What started as a small partnership has become a vertically integrated farm-to-fork system: fresh, nutrient-dense produce from our fields landing in bowls at Forage Kitchens just a day or two after harvest.
This partnership isn’t just about food—it’s about community, transparency, and making healthy, organic meals accessible. It’s also about regenerative farming: using cattle, sheep, chickens, and goats to naturally enrich soil, creating habitats for pollinators and birds, and closing the loop with compost and farm scraps.
Beyond the fields, we’re preserving mid-summer ripeness through Flynn Creek Flavors, hosting farm events, and welcoming the community to explore our trails and farm stand.
