We are pleased to announce our collaborative project with Tokyo-based brand
@warenfaus . Over the past year, FOOLISH and WARENFAUS have collaborated to create the STASH BAG, an all-terrain, midsize carry-all crafted from durable water-repellent nylon. FOOLISH first reached out to WARENFAUS last summer after being introduced to the brand through a mutual friend. With a shared appreciation for each other’s craftsmanship and storytelling, what began as mutual admiration naturally grew into a full-fledged collaboration.
Inspired by the parallels between life in New York City and Tokyo, the collaboration extends beyond the product itself. During the production process, members of the FOOLISH team traveled to Japan while WARENFAUS visited New York, spending time with each other’s everyday lives. Driven by a desire to create an immersive experience that represents the unique aspects of both cities, we decided to shoot the lookbook in NYC and host a pop-up in Tokyo. The collaborative project, along with other special items, will be available for purchase at our Tokyo pop-up at
@underthesun_sgj held from MAY30 to MAY31. On MAY30, food will be provided by
@maplepizza_ - serving NY style pizza - and bagel shop
@pep_sandwiches .

東京を拠点とするブランド
@warenfaus とのコラボレーションプロジェクトのご紹介です。
この1年、FOOLISHとWARENFAUSは共同で「STASH BAG」の製作に取り組んできました。耐久性のある撥水ナイロンを使用した、オールテレイン仕様のミッドサイズキャリーバッグです。WARENFAUSとの出会いは、昨年夏に共通の友人を通じてブランドを知ったことがきっかけでした。それぞれのクラフトマンシップやストーリーテリングへの共感から、自然な流れで今回のプロジェクトへとつながっています。
ニューヨークと東京、2つの都市での生活にある共通点から着想を得た本プロジェクトでは、FOOLISHのメンバーが日本を訪れ、WARENFAUSのメンバーがニューヨークを訪問するなど、制作を通してお互いの日常にも触れながら進行していきました。
その体験をもとに、ルックブックはニューヨークで撮影し、ポップアップは東京で開催します。
STASH BAGおよびスペシャルアイテムは、5月30日〜31日に
@underthesun_sgj で開催される東京ポップアップにて販売予定です。また5月30日には、
@maplepizza_ によるNYスタイルピザと、
@pep_sandwiches によるベーグルの提供も予定しています。
