‘Fragments’ is inspired by the core concept of Metamorphosis through the act of undressing.
"Undressing is a gesture - an active and purposeful event.....anticipating that undressing holds its power.....Undressing is a transformation between two poles and can - metamorphoses- altering the state or identity of a subject" (Brownie)
Finding the paradox between the dressed form and the undressed form. Henceforth, my collection serves to bring the bridge between the dressed bodies and the undressed bodies through the enhancement of sensual clothing. It is to serve, empower and improve the relationship between the wearer and their bodies through the agency of garments.
