Hej ihr, wir freuen uns auf die nächste Runde Meet & Grid!
Egal, ob ihr schon mal dabei wart und mittlerweile echte Meet & Grid OG’s seid oder zum ersten Mal vorbeikommt, um neue Leute kennenzulernen – fühlt euch herzlich eingeladen. Dieses Mal sind wir wieder bei foma zu Gast. Passend zu unserem Design-Meetup läuft dort aktuell die Ausstellung „The Client Is Dead – Graphic Design as Autonomous Practice“. Als kleines Special sind einige der Ausstellenden und Designer*innen vor Ort und geben euch einen Einblick in ihre Arbeiten sowie hinter die Kulissen. Danach bleibt wie immer genug Zeit für Gespräche, neue Kontakte oder einfach einen entspannten Abend zusammen. Wir freuen uns auf den Austausch über Design, UX/UI, Branding, Startups, Freelancing und alles was euch so beschäftigt.
Natürlich gibt’s auch wieder Getränke an der Bar, eine Kleinigkeit zu essen und eine gute Playlist. Die Plätze sind auf 30 Personen begrenzt – und erfahrungsgemäß ziemlich schnell weg..

Review of „The Client Is Dead – Graphic Design as Autonomous Practice“. For the opening, we have another special treat in true foma style. 🏁 All the artists in the exhibition have contributed fantastic works to a design raffle that you can win. Look forward to postcards, riso and screen prints, a magazine, or awesome posters! The opening reception and raffle ticket sales start at 5:00 PM. The drawing will take place at 8:00 PM. Don’t forget to bring cash! 🌟

Yet designers are increasingly moving beyond the confines of a standard brief to develop their own narratives at the intersection of applied and independent practice.
