The clients are two young professionals who are tired of eating out for every meal.
They wanted healthier options to be able to choose from throughout the week to make lunches or a quick dinner.

A nice addition to this week was a spinach, mushroom, onion, and turkey sausage frittata for a quick breakfast!

My favorite item was the Spicy “Tuna” roll. The “tuna” was tomatoes marinated in rice wine vinegar, ginger, garlic, and a few other ingredients.
This meal was challenging and fun to make, and even more fun to eat!

Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of cooking for my good friend’s parents 60th birthday celebration!!
I worked with @sweetasrandi & @ashtonreene to create a menu that the whole family would love. It was such an honor to be able to do this for the family and be a part of the special day!!
