Every young person deserves a quiet place to study.
India has 1 public library for every 30,000 people. In many districts, students pay for private reading rooms or study wherever there is light.
The YouthPOWER library campaign makes the gap visible and gives citizens a way to ask their MP for action: a library in every block, a reading room in every panchayat.

The Pehli Peedi Fellowship: stories of first-generation students from across the country.
Vishal Sitra, 18 years old: "Many students feel alone or helpless due to financial issues. I didn’t even know about this university in Bhopal until someone told me. A lot of people have helped me reach here. Others should get that chance too. I have two younger sisters. I am the first in my family to attend university. I want to encourage the younger people around me to go to college.”
