The Bollo Guide to Stockholm is part of an editorial series celebrating Bollo’s 10-year anniversary, across several cities. In each destination, Bollo is presented in an edition chosen to reflect the character of the place. In Stockholm, the guide takes us from Finnboda Hamn to Nationalmuseum, and onward to Skogskapellet at Skogskyrkogården – exploring design, material and context along the way.
Bollo Lounge chair 10y – Sthlm Edition
Bollo is the result of a clever blend of comfort and an economical use of materials. Its spacious proportions invite you to truly settle in – whether you prefer a relaxed upright position or to tuck your feet under you for a more cosy, informal way of sitting, there is ample room to make yourself comfortable.
In the Bollo Lounge 10y – Sthlm Edition, the material contrasts and elevate the design further. The seat and back are upholstered in a crème-coloured Mohawi sheepskin, offering warmth, tactility and natural softness. The armrests are dressed in smooth black Elmosoft leather, adding a refined edge, while the black-coated metal stand grounds the chair with a strong, graphic presence. Together, these elements create a lounge chair that feels both inviting and distinctly contemporary.
First introduced in 2016 as part of the Fogia Collection, Bollo made its debut at the Stockholm Furniture Fair and immediately became the talk of the town. With as much personality as comfort, it sparked both admiration and discussion — a clear sign of a design that dares to stand out.
