I’m late to the gate for International Dance Day. I love dance, especially dancing with people. I love to partner. It all makes me so happy. I was putting together this reel recently, and it reminded me of all the joy dance has brought me over the years and the places I’ve gone because of it. This is just a small amount of work in my glorious career that I am so blessed to have. Thank you to Dance for bringing each of these people into my life.

Fredric Rodriguez Odgaard is a Southern California native. Growing up in Riverside, California, for most of his life. Fredric currently resides in New York City. Most recently, you can catch him eight times a week in Moulin Rouge the Musical! On Broadway. Other Broadway credits include Finding Never Land and Kinky Boots, the Broadway national tour of We Will Rock You, along with the international tour of West Side Story. Fredric has lived and toured worldwide, dancing alongside artists like Celine Dion and Cher, as well as working for the internationally renowned company Cirque Du Soleil. Along with his many dance credits, Fredric is starting to make a name for himself as an actor. Most recently, you can catch him in the Hallmark original movie Taking the Reigns, American Saga: Wu-Tang, and Fosse/Verdon. The hope is to bring his love of dance and Musical Theater to a new captive audience. Showing them that the artform is changing and shifting to accommodate and include new voices and stories.
