The opening event for our latest exhibition “Residents Only” was beyond amazing! Thank you to everyone who helped make Go Skate Day such a great time!

Counterculture Contemporary.
We built OUTERSPACE to serve as a stage for the independent communities who challenge society’s status quo. Of all the subcultures that have influenced positive change and unity in this world there is one in particular that has broken down all social barriers. SKATEBOARDING has and will continue to stand tall as a true testament of fortitude and unconditional love, all while never asking for anything in return.
Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion of what they think skateboarding may owe them, but In the words of the late Jake Phelps:
“Skateboarding doesn’t owe you shit, it owes you wheel bite in the rain”
We strongly agree and intend to pay our utmost respect and gratitude to skateboarding in our latest exhibition.
OUTERSPACE proudly presents “Residents Only” - a collaborative exhibit with Resident Skateshop, Photographer Stephen Oliviera, & over 60 different artists, curated by Christopher Maslow.
“Residents Only” explores the current state of skateboarding here on the Space Coast. Through several different exhibits and installations we will showcase the raw talent derived from South Brevard County. Centered specifically on the Resident Skateshop Team along with other special guests, we will tell the modern day story of skateboarding here and now in our community.

Before I got really into skateboarding, I spent a lot of my weekends playing in the mud, for years. Seeing how stoked my boys get to do the same is the coolest thing 🙏
All they’ve talked about doing lately is wanting to drive their quads through muddy water, hyped they finally got to do it!
Shouts to these dudes for bringing me back to my roots & adopting them as their own roots
