I was the first English speaking Vlogger in the UAE 🇦🇪 long before the birth of content creators and influencers, I used to film everything and post it on YouTube, much to the annoyance of my family and people I worked with, I’d always shove a camera in their face and capture moments which built a loyal audience who wanted to see what life was like in Dubai, before Dubai was defined by influencers eating kunafa chocolate or day traders selling you a course from a beach club. I’m proud to have been a pioneer of this whole industry and to have experienced it at its inception right through to its peak.

Today is Mother’s Day which just so happens to have fallen on the 27th night of Ramadan, the exact night my mum passed away in 2019. When you lose someone so important and so special in your life it shatters your entire world. I always say the day my mum died a big part of me died with her, I haven’t been the same since and I’ll never be the same again. It makes it even more painful due to the fact she died so suddenly, I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye or tell her that I loved her, she was just gone and now we have to live the rest of our life without the heart of our family, my kids have to grow up without the magic that my mum brought to my life growing up. The pain never goes away with a loss like this, you just learn to live with the pain. I pray every day that God is looking after my mum and I hope she gets the VIP treatment in heaven that she so deserves. Love you mum, miss you every day ❤️

Appreciation post for my wife @mrsfnd I remember driving her down to London for the @etihad interview which took all day. Over 100 girls whittled down to 7 at the end of the day and Holly was one of them! I’ve never been so proud as I was when I saw her in her uniform for the first time. It was her childhood dream to be an air hostess traveling the world, that dream came true in 2012 🇦🇪 what a time to be alive!
