The heart of the home👌🏻Hand over for this beauty was at the beginning of the year.
We love our clients vision of no overhead cabinetry…and still an abundance of functional storage!
Operable window // Concealed screened window to the master en-suite. Fun, functional and useful to satisfy ‘questionable’ heritage controls that required two windows addressing the street.
Courtyard // Narrow blocks can often result in dark and compromised spaces. A courtyard was utilised at our Dudley Residence to allow morning light into the rear living areas, create a sheltered summer outdoor space and improve the sense of openness by creating more opportunities for outlook to green areas
