This seminar comes through the positive relationship, shared interest, and the welcoming support of Grandmaster Albert @orihinal12paresusa and @orihinaldoceparessd , their instructors and students!

The session will focus on VSCK principles — timing, footwork, range management, structure, and the organic exchange inside the Pendulum Flow. We will also do a focus on the medium and long range of the cane and the ore (Bugsay) of the VSCK system.
Bring a long stick or cane. Stick size varies and can be from the floor to your hip.

The Pendulum Ball Training is more than target practice.
It develops:
timing,
rhythm,
distance,
footwork,
angles,
reaction,
anticipation,
coordination,
accuracy, precision,
and it introduces the flow state.
Because the target moves…
YOU must learn to move with awareness.
It teaches practitioners how to:
• hit without being hit
• adapt in real time
• stay relaxed under pressure
• understand rhythm and range
The pendulum becomes a conversation between movement, timing, and intuition.
The Deeper Lesson I received watching Maestro Umpad...
The pendulum ball teaches:
* timing over speed
* precision over power
* awareness over force
* rhythm over tension
The practitioner begins learning how to synchronize:
* breath
* movement
* timing
* awareness
* reaction
* intuition
That is where “flow state” begins to emerge.
Not forcing movement.
But becoming connected to movement. Enjoy the ride.
