SATURDAY: Did you know? Around the world, turtles are in trouble. More than half of the 476 living types of freshwater turtles, tortoises, sea turtles, and terrapins are threatened with extinction! WHAT ARE WE DOING?! This Saturday, May 16th, we will ONCE AGAIN be hosting Drink Beer Save Turtles! If you've never been, we host this event in collaboration with Little Rock Zoo and the Turtle Survival Alliance to do our part in saving one of the world's most endangered species! Tomorrow, from 11am-2pm we will have live turtles brought to you by our friends at the zoo, and $1 of every beer sold during the event will be donated to the Turtle Survival Alliance. If you don't drink beer, but still want to do your part, come buy some sweet merch from our friends and chat with zoo staff about what we can do to make the world a better place for our reptilian friends! Plus, you may get to see a glimpse of some pretty cool turtles in the process. There really are NO downsides. See you there!
