Wanna sit and relax in the sun? Wanna grab lunch and a beverage for under $25? Wanna chill by the sea with no schedule? Check out the Torrey Pines Glider Port. Time stands still as you watch flyers take off and take in the ocean view. We've gone on cloudy days and sunny days and it's always a good time. The Cliffhanger Cafe offers delicious sandwiches, wood- fired-pizza, burgers, hotdogs and fries. Among many other options. Plus reasonably priced drinks. The lines ca be long but bring your patience and you chill vibe and take in the experience. I recommend sticking around for at least 2 hours to take it all in. Port-a-potties are the bathroom but they do a great job keeping them stocked. Finally, an hour before sunset, all flying halts and you can sit on the cliffs to take in the sunset. We've seen dolphins multiple times! You can bring your own food to cliffs. Comment below if you've been. Summer dayzzz are ahead for lots of glider time. Restaurant hours: Monday-Sunday 10a-6p
