Empathy and emotions are something we must never lose sight of as our world continues to change.
Over recent weeks, I’ve watched people’s hearts break. I’ve seen tears roll down faces, hands held tighter, and silence speaking louder than words ever could. It’s a reminder that behind every conversation, every family, and every story… there is emotions, empathy and love.
Death can be one of the darkest and hardest experience we endure as humans. Grief is not timed, and there is no timer on heartbreak. Some people carry it quietly for months, others for years, many never really stop carrying it at all they simply learning how to live alongside it.
One thing I’ve learned through speaking with so many people with QR Living Memories is no two journeys are ever the same. Healing takes time, patience, understanding, and space. Some days people need company, and some days they need solitude.
Both are okay it’s your time to grieve.
But even in those moments where you feel alone, please know this you are not alone. There are people around you who care, even when it may not feel that way.
Take the time you need. Feel what you need to feel. And when the time is right, allow others to walk beside you again.
In a world moving faster than ever, may we never lose the ability to care, to comfort, to listen, and to simply be there for one another.

This week is a reminder that mental health matters every single day.
I’m proud to champion so many incredible organisations that help support those struggling, especially the people suffering in silence. Too often, people feel they have to face things alone, but no one should ever feel that way.
Sometimes support doesn’t have to be huge gestures. Sometimes it’s simply:�✨ checking in�✨ listening�✨ being present�✨ reminding someone they matter
Because knowing there’s someone to turn to can make all the difference.
No matter how big or small the struggle may seem, you are not alone. Together, by supporting one another, speaking openly, and showing kindness, we can help break the stigma surrounding mental health.
