Another takeover. Customer thought he was getting a "smart home" from the previous installer. Unfortunately, they had a several apps (some not programmed), unstable network, no integration, lighting not programmed, etc. We removed everything but used most of the wire to keep the cost down. We terminated, tested, and labeled all the wire runs. We integrated the whole home. AV, lighting, doorbell, security, and we deployed a whole new network. Penthouse take over we completed. Previous installer couldn't get anything to work properly. We toned, labeled and punched everything down. Reinstalled a new network, 10 video zones, 14 audio zones, integrated centralized lighting and shades, HVAC, etc. we did this all on a deadline of 8 days.
