In the 1930s, Amelia Earhart’s Lockheed Electra represented the pinnacle of aviation technology here at Purdue. Today, 50-seat CRJ200 aircraft operating as United Express flights carry that same Boilermaker ambition from the Amelia Earhart Terminal to destinations around the world.
The aircraft have changed, but Purdue’s passion for flight remains the same.
