In April, we were proud to serve for the fourth consecutive year as an organizer of the Copa de la Minería 2026, an annual golf tournament held during CESCO Week – the leading mining industry gathering in Chile and Latin America.
The Copa de la Minería goes beyond sport – it creates a meaningful opportunity to step outside traditional work settings and strengthen professional relationships across the mining sector, encouraging networking, collaboration, team building, and knowledge exchange.

Fluor is executing a landmark front-end engineering and design contract for LanzaJet, marking a major step toward establishing the United Kingdom’s first commercial-scale sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) biorefinery.
By enabling this uniquely large-scale production of SAF, the project contributes directly to reducing greenhouse gas emissions from one of the hardest-to-abate sectors – aviation.

Fluor’s Golf for Greenville charity golf tournament raised a record $1 million to benefit four local nonprofit organizations in Upstate South Carolina.
The 2026 beneficiaries include:
• @salarmygvl 's new 45,000-square-foot homeless shelter
• Back-up generators for Feed & Seed, supporting their work to empower local farmers while nourishing local families
• Construction equipment for @rebuildupstate to expand their work in affordable home preservation
• A new blood mobile for @thebloodconnection , the sole blood provider for Upstate South Carolina hospitals
What began in 1989 as a small employee golf tournament has grown to cover five courses with a year-long effort culminating in a three-day tournament and celebration. Since its inception, Golf for Greenville has donated more than $10 million to 52 organizations.

During Mental Health Awareness Month in May, we're raising awareness about the vital role meaningful relationships play in wellbeing.
People with stronger social bonds are more likely to live longer, healthier lives, and building stable and supportive relationships helps to cope with stress and build resiliency.
For a decade, Coffee Connections has enabled Fluor employees to build relationships with colleagues, like Naresh Jain and Kalpana Mishra in New Delhi, India, pictured here. Twice per month, participants are randomly paired and encouraged to meet up for a coffee and a chat – in person or virtually. What began as an experiment at our office in the United Kingdom has grown to more than 30 connection groups around the world, facilitating more than 16,000 meetings to date.
As we recognize Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re reminded that even small moments of connection can strengthen wellbeing and bring our global community closer together.
