“She teaches them how to move their body and make it feel good.” - Charlie King 🤍🤍 It is a privilege to teach women of all ages and life stages. Young girls, growing women, new mothers, expecting mothers, and mothers holding onto grief, stress or pain. Motherhood is a journey that looks different for everyone. Movement can unlock emotions we often suppress. It can reconnect us to ourselves under the pressures of motherhood. It reminds us that strength starts from within. One of the greatest gifts I’ve experienced as a mother is watching my girls discover their own strength, seeing them move with freedom, trust their bodies, and slowly grow into their confidence. Movement creates a foundation of confidence that we carry into every part of our lives. Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers, mother figures, those grieving, healing, trying, carrying, and nurturing. Spending the past few days at @qualiaresort I’ve been reminded of how powerful it is to simply feel. The stillness here invites awareness, of the light on the water, the rhythm of the wind, the warmth of sun on skin. qualia, “a collection of deeper sensory experiences”, feels like the perfect lens through which to reflect on movement. Because Pilates is, at its core, a sensory practice. Movement becomes more than exercise, it becomes presence. And in that presence something shifts. We don’t just move through the world, we begin to experience it with a sense of strength, calmness and connection.

“When I’m packing for holidays, I pack for how I want to feel in my body.” Kee’s packing philosophy moves with her, from a walk in the morning, to a session, to long lunches and evenings out. With every piece chosen with intention and worn with confidence. 1. Choose pieces that move with you If I can’t walk, train, and sit comfortably in it, it doesn’t come. 2. Build a uniform, not outfits Everything works together. Less decisions, more consistency. 3. Pack for your lifestyle, not occasions I don’t switch between “active” and “off-duty.” It’s all integrated.
