Turning myself upside down teaches me how to stand stronger inside my life.
Yoga keeps me grounded not because everything is calm, but because it reminds me how to stay centered when things are not. It teaches me to breathe when my mind is loud, to trust when doubt shows up, and to return to myself again and again no matter how many times I fall or shake.
This practice is where I reconnect. Where I listen. Where I remember who I am beneath the noise of the world. Strength, presence, humility, and heart. That is why I show up.
