Our early Saturday mornings at Oxhey Skate park have come to an end and what a run we’ve had!! Only 1 weekend rained off and of course it was the last but I’m so grateful for all the other gorgeous dry mornings allowing us to flow, skate and drink coffee! Thank you @abc_skateboarding and @watfordcouncil for bringing it all together 🩷 and @tastybeancafe for the delicious brews!
This combination is too good not to carry on when the weather calms down again next year so keep your eyes peeled 🧘♀️☕️🛹

Join us for a Vinyasa Flow on the 12th, 19th and 26th with @flowwgrace for the perfect hit of balance, calm, stability and power ahead of your Saturday skate session.
Sessions will run at 8-9am ending at the perfect time to go get your morning coffee @tastybeancafe and come back ready to shred 💪
