Contemporary Beginner – Intermediate Program
Program 5x pertemuan untuk teman-teman yang ingin belajar dan memperdalam contemporary dance melalui proses koreografi, teknik dasar, dan eksplorasi movement quality.
Di batch ini, kita akan fokus mempelajari koreografi menggunakan lagu “Gravity” – John Mayer.
Kelas akan membahas flow drilling, extension, timing, musicality, dinamika rasa dalam gerak, serta bagaimana membangun koneksi yang lebih jujur dengan tubuh dan movement.
Cocok untuk beginner sampai intermediate yang ingin:
• belajar choreography dengan lebih detail
• melatih kualitas gerak dan awareness tubuh
• memahami musicality dan intention dalam movement
• membangun confidence saat menari
Program akan ditutup dengan open public evaluation sebagai ruang untuk sharing hasil proses belajar bersama.

Thank you so much to all participants of Explobodies Intensive Batch 25 & 26. In just 4 sessions, we could already witness such honest progress. Some of you just started your dance journey here, yet you showed up with dedication, hard work, and a genuine love for movement.
It’s always special to see how the body begins to open, to listen, and to trust.
We hope to keep seeing you dance, grow, and cross paths again in other classes.
