Francesco joined Flow Traders last September as a Junior Quantitative Researcher, right after completing his Masters. On the Fixed Income desk, he focuses on designing, building, optimizing, and deploying models and algorithms for systematic trading. He enjoys the challenging work and the stimulating, highly collaborative environment. When he’s not working with models and data, Francesco loves discovering new places, staying active with weightlifting and padel, and playing strategic games like poker.

Meet Bella, she joined Flow Traders in August 2024, as a Recruiter and is in charge of recruiting Graduate Traders and Trading Interns. In her role, she focuses on enhancing recruitment strategies and is involved in creating partnerships with study associations and universities as well as organizing a range of campus events across Europe. Bella enjoys the dynamic and collaborative environment at Flow Traders and the many opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.
Outside the office, she enjoys running, reformer pilates, and exploring Amsterdam’s vibrant restaurant scene, all while practicing her Dutch!

What better way to explore Flow Traders than by spending a day in our office! We recently welcomed a group of 12 talented software engineering students from the Hasso Plattner Institute and University of Potsdam in Germany for a day packed with insightful presentations, deep-dive and Q&A sessions! Days like this allow for our team to share more on the importance of technology at Flow Traders, as well as go into how decisions for trading are made based on data.

This March, we proudly embraced the theme “Accelerate Action” in celebration of International Women’s Day 2025.
