Have been so focused on posting flow content, but coaching/personal training is still my absolute main focus. Strength training is the fountain of youth, & I want to share that with as many people as I can possibly reach.
Why strength train? So that we can run, jump, hike, play, and twirl props around with a capable body for as long as possible.
