What is it?
It’s not just a pilates class. FFH is a pop-up mat pilates experience hosted in curated, aesthetic spaces!It blends wellness with impact. Each invite invites women to come together, move their bodies and raise funds for women in need🩷 It’s circular: women moving for women.
Why does FFH exist?
I was tired of events that lacked purpose. I wanted to create a way where people could give back in a way that was experimental, not just a donation box.
It was born from the single question: What if wellness could be more than just about self? What if it could be circular?
With Flow For Her it is.

Last weekend we donated our activewear to to the Flow For Her event, where they were fundraising money to the Share the Dignity charity, for Violence against women. The event was so beautiful, we are so grateful to be part of this movement and to share the love with all of the girls!! 🫶

what a morning this was. all the girls got dressed head to toe in @elitentitled , pilates with @becs.pilates to move our bodies, meditation to slow down, matcha from @drink_hom to sip on, and a bloom bar with @petalpostt where every guest built and wrapped their own bouquet to take home.
we also announced our giveaway winner (congrats again 🥹) and sponsored 10 essentials bags for women fleeing domestic violence by donating $500 to @sharethedignityaustralia
