Sooooo let me introduce you Laut,
This character was created for a school project on Horizons Zero Dawn. We had to create a oc who would have they're own story inside of an hypothetical dlc of the game and Laut is the one I ended up making.
He's a curious young man who pass most of his time swimming and diving in the ocean, which is why a lot of elements in design are link to water (colors, lotus symbol, glass drop earrings, conch, etc).
His mask (which is created with piece of mecha, for those who are familiar with hzd's lore) allows him to "breath" underwater.
He's the kind of sassy character who knows a lot but plays dumb most of the time but he is actually really kind and caring, he just doesn't want to show his hand too easily (although his facial expressions often betray him 😅)
