Welcome to my Pilates-focused page.
My Pilates journey began 20 years ago due to sudden back issues that the practice helped resolve. I had no idea then where this path would lead me.
As I enter my 20th year of practice and 5th year of teaching, it felt like the right time.
I was initially pre-certified to apprentice by CP Master Trainer Sharon Spaziani, and certified in 2020 by CP Master Trainer Michael Birro. Since then, I’ve continued learning to better serve the bodies in front of me—working with the deeply seasoned Deborah Wagman, and continuing my education through workshops with Rebecca Beckler, John Garey, David Keith, Angelie Melzer, and Susan Markowitz.
Over the years, Pilates has helped me work through multiple health challenges and has shaped how I move, teach, and live.
To Joe, to the instructors who came before me and refined his work, to the clients who show up daily ready to move, and to everyone who has shared their time and wisdom with me—thank you. I am eternally grateful.
Here’s to continuing the work. 🙏🏽
P.S. Additional shout-outs for the opportunities, trust, and support go to: Catherine, Danielle, Maggie, Laurie, Farah, Jody, Josh, Paige, Natasha, and Kimberly 🫶🏽

The math is simple. The journey is anything but.
250 classes in just over 13 months.
When asked about the impact Pilates has had on her, Jennifer shared:
“I’ve always gone to the gym and worked hard, but my joints and knees would often hurt afterward, and the results never felt obvious.
Since switching to Pilates, I don’t have that same joint pain, and I feel much more accomplished.
And as dorky as this sounds, I love that as I get better, it gets harder. Like, a lot harder.”
Kudos, Jennifer, on reaching 250 classes at
Club Pilates Clifton & Rutherford! ✌🏽 x 🤍
Congratulations to the Thelma & Louise of Pilates, besties Kim and Suehay, on reaching their 100 class milestones together on the same day in the same class at CP Union! I LOVE your collective dedication and look forward to your next milestone. ✌🏽x 🤍
