Transparency Post 🎙️ & Update
As Singers and vocalist, our voice is our instrument. As a voice coach, breathing techniques and singing from your diaphragm is top priority with my students.
This past summer, at a concert, the balance at one of our sound checks wasn’t up to par. I pushed my voice so much so, that my voice hasn’t been the same since… and for the 1st time in my life, yes I think I have Nodules 😭 hoping my vocal cords heal on their own.
Singers…. TAKE care of voice and if the levels aren’t right, speak up 🗣️ I did, but it still wasn’t enough.
