Back To Basics is exactly that. Starting from the very beginning we will look at alignment, balance, breath and Asanas, slowly and inclusively.
All the practice will be attained through a staged approach really digging into what it means to have a personal yoga practice. If you’ve never done yoga before but would love to give it a go, this is the class for you.
