Big love to Ven15 & FLOW.ERS for showing ALL the way out 💃🩵🩷
Their free dance workshop turned into something so much bigger : community, connection, & real impact. Participants didn’t just come to move… they showed up with purpose, bringing donations for @isupportthegirls
Because of this incredible energy, @ven15ladies collected 750+ menstrual hygiene products along with socks, dental care essentials, & deodorants that we'll be able to get out to our neighbors that are in need.
This is what happens when you mix joy with generosity. When you create spaces where people can have fun AND give back. When community shows up for community.
We see you, we appreciate you, & we’re so grateful for the love you poured into this 🫶

“Hayley & Taylor McGovern are professional dancers & choreographers based in NYC. Hayley & Taylor graduated from James Madison University in 2022 where they each received their Bachelor of Arts in Dance. They are current members of The Neighbors NYC & are involved in lots of other dance projects & performances in both the concert & commercial dance world. Their styles range from contemporary to modern to street dance styles etc! They both love to focus on dynamics, musicality & performance & when choreographing! Taylor & Hayley hope to continue performing & sharing here in the NYC dance community :)”

She self-produces her own work and collaborates with recording artists across choreography, creative direction, and video production. Her classes are high-energy, welcoming, and rooted in community — a safe space to grow and show up as you are.”

“Caroline Kim began dancing at a young age, but she became a part of the NY dance community after joining the collegiate team PUSO Modern nearly ten years ago. Community, brought together by a shared passion for dance, has always been important to her, and she enjoys contributing to spaces where passion and community can thrive in both serious and lighthearted ways. You can catch her teaching occasionally at Modega and The Hive Dance Studio. It has been a privilege for her to be able to share what she has learned thus far, and she looks forward to dancing with you at Flow.er Shops.“

“With a diverse dance background, Alice has learned much about discipline, poise, grace, technique and most importantly expression through movement. Throughout her training she has been able to learn a mixture of styles which has molded her into the dancer she is today.
As she continues her journey, she feels privileged to participate in a wide range of projects, as well as being able to continue teaching classes and intensives. Currently she teaches weekly classes in New York and New Jersey. Alice is very thankful for all the love and support she has received thus far in this dance life and hopes to be a role model and an inspiration to those who watch her move.”
