Flour water salt bread has locations across Fairfield county but, we tried the one in Fairfield because they offer matcha🫶🏻
I was obsessed with the strawberry and watermelon bombolini. It’s brioche dough filled with a ton of jam that had the perfect amount of sweetness. It was super soft and fresh tasting🍩
Their coffee cake isn’t dense like the ones I’m used to, it’s more airy like bread. I was a huge fan though and loved all the dutch crumb and powdered sugar. The chocolate croissant was pretty standard, nothing to write home about 🥐
The strawberry matcha was not giving strawberry BUT I definitely enjoyed the flavor profile of the matcha and will for sure be coming back for it (I think their New Canaan location offers matcha as well????)🍵
There were a ton of things we didn’t get to try, like their sourdough bagels, but I’ll for sure be back for them🥯

Their bread is excellent — salty, airy, moist, with that perfect crunch-meets-chew. Must pair with Les Prés Salés butter.
And this cinnamon roll?? Not your average situation. It’s giving croissant, a little salty, a little citrusy… lemon? orange? My sister and I are divided and need answers. Either way, she’s perfect. Those little pockets of salty-sweet in the glaze 🤤 And that caramelized, chewy bottom layer that I’m always hunting for… found it.
This place doesn’t miss. Some of the best bread and pastries around.
