It is in the sweetest moments that we feel a little bit extra! This Mother’s Day, I am happy to collaborate with Nestlé All Purpose Cream with this special Mango Lavender Cake, Mango Blanc.
A step up from the Mango Cream Cake which we all love, I take inspiration from the summer’s harvest using sweet Mangoes from Cavite and Lavender from Luberon in Provence.
Starting with a Vanilla Buttercake Pound Base, sealed with a Kitkat Feuilletine for that extra crunch, I used Nestlé All Purpose Cream to make a creamy Fresh Mango and Lavender Mousse to achieve that nice, textured cake layer. I frosted this with a White Chocolate Ganache using of course, Nestlé All Purpose Cream.
Nestlé All Purpose Cream’s thick and creamy consistency makes this a perfect summer dessert. Whether you’re enjoying it with a cup of Earl Grey Tea, gifting it to a loved one on Mother’s Day, or treating yourself to a something extra today, my Mango Lavender Cake will sure make memories today.
