Time to finally share some actual work photos (that are no longer NDA!) from A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. Some of the suits me and @jaidemade painted when we were in Belfast in 2024, every tiny detail hand crafted by our team of incredibly skilled and talented colleagues who over the last couple of years I’ve got to call friends. Huge team effort with incredible results, many long hours of INTENSE work. An absolute pleasure to see it on the screen! What a fabulous show it’s been so far. Are you watching it?!
I realised looking through my Instagram page it's been a while since I've posted work photos... So to start it off here's a few interesting textures and effects I've painted on jobs over the last year or so?!
Including a hellmouth, a quick and dirty backdrop (designed by me!), and some gritty looking bits and bobs. There's so much more but NDA's are a thing, hang tight!

Being at Neist Point was like being at the edge of the world. There are no words, it took my breath away! A piece of my heart is forever in that little rugged corner of Skye. (Also, this song was in my head the whole time OF COURSE)
What a better way to celebrate Alastair's 30th journey around the sun with a portrait. He is bloody brilliant.

This was my first time painting in oils (water based) and I loved it. But it was a real learning curve - there's still a lot to discover... Lots of fun had working with shadows and FLESH TONES. Stay tuned for the varnishing (in about 6 months.) #portraiture #traditionalart #oilpainting

It's been a hot minute since the @puppetplace Cabaret, so I thought it was about time I posted evidence of myself and Mister G Ghastly's performance debut... An evening spent stalking the crowds and getting up to all kinds of mischief.
